Terms of Use
These terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of LiOps Inc. and of users in connection with the services the Company provides. This English text is a courtesy translation; where it differs from the Korean version, the Korean prevails.
Purpose
These terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of LiOps Inc. (hereinafter “the Company”) and of users in connection with the use of the services the Company provides.
Definitions
The terms used in this agreement are defined as follows.
- Service means every service the Company provides.
- User means a member or non-member who receives the services the Company provides under these terms.
- Member means a person who has registered by providing personal data to the service.
- Non-member means a person who uses the services the Company provides without registering as a member.
Effect and amendment of these terms
These terms are posted on the initial screen of the service, or on a linked screen, so that users can read them readily. They take effect when accepted.
- The Company may amend these terms where there is reasonable cause.
- Where the terms are amended, the effective date of and reason for the change are announced together with the current terms.
- Amended terms take effect from the day they are announced.
- A user who does not agree to the amended terms may stop using the service and withdraw.
Provision and change of the service
The Company may change all or part of the services it provides where operational or technical needs require it.
Suspension of the service
The Company may suspend the service temporarily where maintenance, replacement or failure of computing and communications equipment, or an interruption of communications, makes it necessary.
Obligations of the user
Users must not act in breach of applicable law or of these terms. The user bears all responsibility for consequences arising from a breach of this article.
Dispute resolution
Where a dispute arises between the Company and a user in connection with use of the service, the Company and the user will confer in good faith to resolve it.
