Robot crews that finish
the welding you cannot staff

You buy no equipment.
We bring the robots, the software and the operators, and we fill the volume you have not been able to hire for.

The offer

Zero spend on equipment

A company that sells equipment stops earning the moment it is sold. Whether the machine runs after that makes no difference to its books, and you cannot expect uptime from a company with no stake in it. LiOps settles only against the volume we complete.

Committed volume

A base volume is set by unit count and contract term. Robots, software, maintenance and remote operation are all included.

Volume beyond that

Go past the committed volume and you settle for what we complete on top. A peak season needs no extra equipment.

How the price is set

The total is designed to stay under what the same volume would cost in progress payments to people. Work we do not finish is not billed.

Contract units and rates depend on site conditions and are fixed after discussion.

Crews

With skilled robots

Welding in progress
Robot welding crewFree-form butt welding without teaching. First in Korea to pass a 1 mm verification, confirmed by a third party.
Autonomous transport
Autonomous logisticsDriving without fixed routes or added infrastructure. Moves material safely through space shared with people and equipment.
Machine tending
Robot machine tendingLoading and unloading stock without jigs or teaching. A change of part needs no reconfiguration.
Why it works

We read the floor first,
then work on its coordinates

A laser sensor sweeps the site and builds a live 3D map. The robot takes those coordinates and moves and works without teaching. Pricing by the metre only holds if the result is the same every time, so cumulative error is held within 1 mm across the whole chain: sensor, drawing, robot and tool.

Getting started

Four steps

01Check the fitSend us your drawings and site conditions and we come back on whether it applies and what to expect.
02Scan the siteWe scan the yard in 3D and build the coordinate reference the robots will use.
03Trial volumeWe start with volume left open because it could not be staffed. It does not overlap your existing crews.
04Scale upOnce you have seen the result, you increase the volume you hand over.
Data flow background

Try LiOps on your own floor,
under your own conditions

Send us your drawings and site conditions and we will come back with whether it applies and what to expect.
You can check all of it before buying any equipment.
